This English text is a translation of convenience of the French terms of use. The French version is legally authoritative and prevails in case of discrepancy.

Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of maisonlabyad.com (the "Site"), published by Maison Labyad SARL. This Site is not an e-commerce platform: no order, payment, or transaction takes place on it. Its purpose is to present Maison Labyad's Airbnb villa and riad property management (concierge) services and to let interested owners request a free, non-binding audit.

Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Nature of the service offered on the Site

The Site presents Maison Labyad's property management services: dynamic pricing, guest experience, housekeeping/maintenance coordination, and owner reporting. Maison Labyad is compensated solely through a commission on generated revenue, with no fixed subscription fee.

The "free audit" form available on the Site lets any villa or riad owner request a free, non-binding assessment of their rental potential. Submitting this form creates no contractual obligation between the user and Maison Labyad. Final management terms (including the commission rate, duration, and conditions) are negotiated individually and formalized in a separate signed management mandate agreement between the owner and Maison Labyad SARL.

Acceptable use of the Site

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate information when using the contact form;
• not use the Site for fraudulent purposes, unsolicited commercial exploitation, or in any way that could harm Maison Labyad or third parties;
• not attempt unauthorized access to the Site's systems, servers, or databases;
• not extract, copy, or reuse the Site's content without authorization (see legal notice, intellectual property).

Maison Labyad reserves the right to decline or not follow up on any contact request deemed abusive, fraudulent, or outside the scope of its business.

Site availability

Maison Labyad makes every effort to ensure the Site's accessibility but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. The Site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or any technical reason beyond Maison Labyad's control, without liability on its part.

External links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Airbnb listings). Maison Labyad exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any liability for their content.

Data protection

Use of the contact form involves the processing of personal data under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

Maison Labyad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory, or technical changes. The version in force at the time of your visit to the Site applies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, absent a prior amicable resolution.
