This English text is a translation of convenience of the French privacy policy. The French version is legally authoritative and prevails in case of discrepancy.

Maison Labyad SARL ("we", "Maison Labyad"), publisher of maisonlabyad.com, takes the protection of its visitors' and prospects' personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, why, how it is processed, and what your rights are.

Data controller

Maison Labyad SARL, registered office at Guéliz, Marrakech 40000, Morocco, is the controller for the data processing described below. Dedicated privacy contact: maisonlabyad@hotmail.com

Data we collect

a) Contact form data ("free audit")

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Airbnb listing URL (optional field)

This data is voluntarily entered by the user when requesting an audit or reaching out.

b) Browsing data (site analytics)

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement tool: it sets no cookies, no persistent identifiers, and no advertising trackers. The statistics collected (page views, approximate origin, device type) are aggregated and do not allow individual visitor identification.

c) Possible technical cookie from the form's anti-spam processing

Our contact form is processed by the third-party provider Formspree. Depending on its technical configuration, Formspree may set a strictly technical cookie for anti-spam protection. No advertising or tracking cookie is used.

The site processes no payment data: no financial transaction takes place on the site. The management commission is settled by bank transfer under the separately signed mandate.

Purpose of processing

Contact form data is used exclusively to:

  • respond to your request for a free audit or information;
  • follow up with you as part of commercial prospecting related to our property management services;
  • manage the pre-contractual relationship up to, where applicable, the signing of a management mandate.

Analytics data is used solely for internal statistical purposes (site improvement).

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

  • your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form;
  • our legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries and operating the site properly.

Retention period

  • Contact form data: retained for 24 months from the last contact, unless a management mandate is signed, in which case it is retained per the contract term and applicable legal (accounting, tax) obligations.
  • Analytics data: aggregated, not individually identifiable, retained per Vercel Web Analytics' default settings.

Data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with the following technical processors, strictly within the scope of their assigned task:
